Food For Thought!!
Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself! My name is Tony Micallef and I am the new Group Catering Manager for Haberdashers’ Aske’s Federation. Just to let you know that our philosophy on food is to educate the children with an element of fun. I am a great believer that our children need the right nutrition to complete their daily tasks. You wouldn’t expect your car to run on water!! Therefore we feel that it is vital to provide the children with a good, home-made and nutritional meal. After all, your body and mind need fuel – as the title suggests!! We feel we will achieve this with the new menus we have put into place.
