The AAA was set up as an umbrella organisation for the existing Hatcham Association (for the female students of Hatcham girls school) and the Old Askeans Association (for the male students of Hatcham’s boys school). Since its inception the AAA has proved extremely popular with leavers of the Federation and existing Alumni members.
The large membership allows past pupils to keep in contact, reunite and network. All 3 organisations host regular Alumni occasions.
AAA members receive a complimentary invitation to the annual AAA annual reunion dinner, where ex-Askeans of all ages come together for an evening of entertainment, informal chat and updates on alumni and the Federation.
There is an annual newsletter as well as regular invites to events where alumni are given priority seating.
